My name is Alexis Torres Diaz, and I’m the owner and lead technician of Driftwood Home Care.

With over ten years of professional experience in custodial, facilities, and grounds management, I previously served as the Custodial & Special Projects Crew Supervisor for the Corvallis School District. In that role, I managed cleaning and maintenance operations across 16 district sites and led a team of more than 40 staff dedicated to ensuring schools, offices, and public spaces remained safe, clean, and well maintained.

I began my career with hands-on custodial and grounds work, maintaining classrooms, athletic facilities, offices, and outdoor spaces to meet high safety and cleanliness standards. As I advanced into leadership roles, my focus shifted towards training, quality control, project management, and emergency response.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a key role in leading district-wide sanitation and response efforts—implementing evolving health guidelines, developing new cleaning protocols, and personally conducting overnight deep-clean and containment work when positive cases arose. This experience profoundly shaped my current approach: thorough, methodical, and focused on long-term health and safety.

At Driftwood Home Care, I personally manage or directly oversee every job. Whether I’m performing home cleaning in a private residence, preparing for rental turnovers, or maintaining an office or small business, my commitment remains consistent: reliability, attention to detail, and respectful care of every space I enter.
