Driftwood Home Care LLC – Terms & Conditions
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or engaging Driftwood Home Care LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Driftwood Home Care provides residential, rental, and small commercial cleaning services, outdoor care, and preventive property maintenance as described in your quote or service agreement. Services are limited to those specifically requested and confirmed in writing.
2. Pricing & Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client and the average condition of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions require additional time, labor, or materials beyond what was originally disclosed (e.g., excessive buildup, heavy pet hair, safety hazards, or restricted access). Any adjustments will be communicated prior to completion whenever possible.
3. Scheduling, Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Utilities (water, electricity) must be available as needed. Pets must be secured, and personal items should be cleared from work areas. Driftwood Home Care is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unsafe working conditions.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Satisfaction & Quality
We take pride in our work and aim to provide consistent, detail-oriented service. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may review and address the issue.
7. Liability & Damages
Driftwood Home Care is fully insured. While every effort is made to prevent damage, we are not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing conditions, improperly installed items, or fragile items not disclosed in advance. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations that pose a risk to health or safety, including biohazards, unsafe structures, or hazardous materials not previously disclosed.
9. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services – Compliance Notice
Driftwood Home Care provides Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services focused on inspection, prevention, and non-chemical control methods. Our approach emphasizes sanitation, exclusion, habitat modification, monitoring, and education to reduce pest activity responsibly.
We do not present ourselves as a pesticide application or extermination company. Any regulated pesticide application is performed in accordance with Oregon law and, when applicable, in coordination with appropriately licensed professionals.Our services prioritize environmentally responsible, prevention-based solutions that protect people, pets, and property.
10. Use of Photos
With client permission, non-identifying photos of completed work may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes. Personal information and identifying features will never be shared without consent.
11. Service Area & Travel
Services are provided within our defined service area (Corvallis and the surrounding Willamette Valley). Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service region.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to proceed, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
